Community Guidelines

Last updated: April 2026

The 3AM Feed exists because being up at 3 am with a baby is hard, and it helps to know you're not the only one. These guidelines exist to keep this space safe, supportive, and a little bit funny.

The vibe

  • Humor is always with moms, never at them. Laugh together, not at each other.
  • Zero judgment. Fed is fed. Sleeping arrangements are personal. Parenting choices are not up for debate here.
  • Solidarity over advice. Unless someone explicitly asks, assume they need support, not suggestions.

What belongs here

  • What you did, are doing, or accomplished while up at night
  • Funny, relatable, or impressive night-time moments
  • Supportive comments and reactions
  • Venting about the chaos (we get it)

What does not belong here

  • Hate speech or slurs of any kind, directed at anyone
  • Harassment or bullying — responding to someone's post to mock, belittle, or attack them
  • Unsolicited parenting advice — this is not the place to tell someone what they should be doing differently
  • Medical advice — do not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatments. Say "talk to your doctor" instead.
  • Spam, ads, or self-promotion — no links, no product plugs, no affiliate codes
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Content that could endanger a child
  • Attempts to identify anonymous users

Flagging and moderation

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, tap the 🚩 flag on the post. Flagged content is hidden and reviewed manually by our team. We will remove content that violates these guidelines and may block repeat offenders.

A note on anonymity

Anonymity is a feature, not a shield. It exists so you can share honestly without judgment, not so you can be cruel without consequences. We will remove content and block sessions that abuse the anonymity this community provides.

Be the mom you'd want scrolling next to you at 3 am.
