What this is

The 3AM Feed is a public, anonymous community where parents post what they get done during night wakes. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Your content

• You own your content (submissions, comments).
• By posting, you grant The 3AM Feed a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in marketing materials (e.g., social media highlights, newsletters).
• All content is posted publicly and anonymously. Once posted, it is visible to anyone who visits the site.
• You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that violates our Community Guidelines.

Anonymous accounts

• No registration is required. You are assigned an anonymous session and a random handle.
• Your session is stored in your browser. Clearing browser data permanently ends your session. There is no account recovery.
• You may re-roll your anonymous handle once.
• Anonymity does not protect you from legal obligations. If required by law, we may cooperate with authorities.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Post hate speech, slurs, threats, or harassment
• Post sexually explicit content
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to identify other anonymous users
• Use bots or automated tools to post or interact
• Circumvent content moderation or rate limits

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content and block any session at our sole discretion, without notice. Content may be automatically filtered before posting. Users can flag content for manual review.

No warranty

The 3AM Feed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 3AM Feed and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use The 3AM Feed.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
